Cancellation Policy
Hiraya Medical Spa charges a $50 cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. No shows or no notification of cancellation will be charged $100. Credit card information required during time of booking and will be charged automatically for cancellations and no shows as stated above.
